Hello everyone! My name is Angel Jackson, and I am the owner and founder of Eat’N Vegan LLC . Everyone has a story when they have a tipping point that changes their life, hopefully for the better. Eat’N Vegan is not just a food truck or even great tasting food for that matter, it is also a way of life. It is a healthy lifestyle and mindset. Eat’N Vegan came to life when I needed to change my diet after suffering a severe and life altering medical condition. This was my tipping point and the beginning of a beautiful story. The first myth and mindset change was discovering that vegan food was absolutely delicious when prepared correctly. In trying some of my own as well as enhancing existing recipes, I discovered that just because you’re eating healthy does not mean that you have to miss out on flavor and enjoyment. This became my mission, and I decided to not only become an advocate for healthy eating due to its healing benefits, but also share great tasting vegan cuisine as well. Eat’N Vegan is both a brand and food truck that provides Good healthy vegan, alkaline and non-genetically modified food for my community in a convenient and affordable way.
